There Is A Free 100% Natural Weight Loss Supplement

Water, water everywhere, but we don't like to drink.

Your body craves water, without it we die. Insufficient water reduces the effectiveness of all of our vital organs. Yet very few of us drink enough.

OK but how much is enough? (I hope I hear you ask).

This depends on how much you weigh, the easiest way to calculate this is simply to take your weight in pounds, and divide it by two. That gives you how many ounces of water a day you need to drink to stay healthy.

For example if you weigh 200 lbs, 200 divided by 2 is 100.

Therefore a two hundred pound person needs to drink about 100 ounces (approx 12 x 8 ounce glasses) a day!

Does that sound like a lot? Just think, if your stomach was full of all that water do you imagine that you would be feeling hungry? Research indicates that many perceived hunger pangs may actually be just that we are thirsty. In our society it is unlikely that many of us have ever felt real hunger. So if you think you are hungry, drink a glass of water, then see if you are still hungry 15 minutes later.
What about the bathroom - I will never get out! Yes that is true to start, but celebrate each visit because you are now slightly lighter, fitter and detoxified.

Your body will thank you and you will start to shed weight, as, when your body gets used to being properly hydrated, it will stop retaining water. As you drink water your intake of (let's face it, usually high carbohydrate snacks) food will grow less. Giving your liver a rest is just one of the possible benefits, you may find clearer skin, brighter eyes. If you suffer from heartburn or acid reflux you may well find that these conditions benefit from drinking water 30 minutes on either side of eating. You will also have more energy, because you are not pandering to false hunger and forcing the body to digest food it does not need.

Drinking water really means just that, drink still water; sodas, carbonated water, sports drinks etc. will not do, and may mean that you have to drink extra water to compensate. If you are looking to lose weight, fruit juices will just load you up with unwanted sugar (don't get me started on sugar in our diet). Some herbal teas may add to your hydration but in the first instance stick to still (bottled, filtered or even tap) water.
Set yourself a challenge, commit to hydrate your body properly for 30 days and see how you feel.
A word of caution; it is possible to drink too much water, however by sticking to the guidelines above you should emerge from your 30 days fitter, healthier and happier.
Come on in, the water is lovely!
